Company policy
On our E-commerce site, our policies are as follows. All orders are handled only by appointment. As part of our meetings, we will provide samples to clients to help them decide and explain how certain systems work (for example, green construction) etc. After the meeting, should you have any questions we will be more than willing to have a zoom call followed by emails before any orders are placed.
Our policy is to meet clients’ satisfaction and needs before going any further with orders and hence clients will have a minimum of a week and a maximum of two weeks to place their orders.
Upon mutual agreement, we will send a deposit invoice along with a letter of agreement to conclude orders.
